Judgments

Patrick H. Wheeler, 45, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, third-degree assault, a felony, both domestic violence related.

Michael G. Martines, 64, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.

Tiffany N. May, 22, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to drunk person on licensed premises. She was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended.

Criminal Court

Russell R. Crocker, 24, second-degree theft, felony indictment.

Jamie L. Mosquito, 24, third-degree assault, five counts, second-degree assault, two counts, all domestic violence related, felony indictment.

Douglas E. Rich, 28, Ninilchik, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of limitations placed on license.

Zach Stong, 24, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Logan B. Jensen, 32, failure to appear in court.

Joseph F. Kaviksaaq Newton, 19, driving while license revoked.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, second-degree criminal trespass.

Alen T. Blatchford, 67, second-degree criminal trespass.

Renee P. Cardwell, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin.
