Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 21:

Judgments

Akaky F. Martushev, 32, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unlawful possession and transportation of game. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay a $10 violation Police Training Surcharge.

Bayne K. Salmon, 21, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to go to Save U More; and was placed on probation for one year.

Brandy Ann Taylor, 22, pleaded guilty to two separate charges of not having a driver’s license. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to two separate charges of violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended on one charge and 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended on a second charge.

Laura J. Wachholtz, 58, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with her victim; and was placed on probation for one year.

Patrick H. Wheeler, 45, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 255 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and complete a batterer’s intervention program; ordered to forfeit the firearm used in the case, a .45-caliber pistol, and not possess any handguns during probation; and was placed on probation for three years.

Charles M. Rockett Jr., 42, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one day in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

George W. Springer, 77, pleaded guilty to not having a driver’s license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Brian L. Gassler, 30, pleaded guilty to not having a driver’s license. He was fined $150 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge; and was placed on probation for one year.

Joseph W. Miller, 25, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Anna B. Doner-Pond, 41, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Larry A. Fanroy, 51, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

David M. Hoversten, 48, Anchor Point, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence.

Mark R. Orzel, violating conditions of release.

Peter L. Ukatish, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Dawson M. Stone, 42, driving while license revoked, improper use of registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, air and land nuisances.

Clifford E. Albrecht, 37, driving while license suspended.

Michael E. Kirsch, 48, Port Graham, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Alexander C. Napier II, 31, driving while license suspended.

Lane T. Sanders, 25, indecent viewing or photography.

Andres A. Jaurequi, 36, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines.
