Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 14:

Judgments

Peyton Wilson, 16, charge dismissed, driving in violation of instructional permit.

Ivan Radtke, 23, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, second-degree harassment.

Anatoly Kojin, 28, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Patrick L. Jones, 52, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he commit no jailable offenses for a one-year probation period.

Alecia M. Claunch, 42, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $500 and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Alan S. Miller, 41, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Constance M. Groat, 48, Naknek, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,500 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and enroll in and complete a batterer’s intervention program at South Peninsula Haven House; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Forest W. Bond, 27, pleaded guilty to interfering with a report of domestic violence crime. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and get a mental health assessment; ordered not to contact his victim; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for two years.

Darry D. Flyum, 45, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fentanyl, felony indictment.

Jodi R. Wilts, 27, driving without an operator’s license, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Brian L. Gassler, 30, driving while license suspended.

Eric W. Davis, 28, driving under the influence, prescription medicine.
