Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 3:

 

Judgments

Maria C. Fourier, 24, charge dismissed, driving under the influence.

Thomas R. Bowden, 67, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Thomas P. Custer, 58, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree harassment. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended. He was ordered to get a mental health evaluation and follow recommendations.

Kathleen M. Wright, 52, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Riley R. Christianson, 19, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was fined $150. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to consume or possess any controlled substances unless prescribed; and was placed on probation for one year.

Charles A. Lane Jr., 53, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Ann M. Pittman, 34, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of not having a valid operator’s license. She was fined $150.

William C. Brun, 34, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of negligent driving. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Shane W. Randall, 29, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit items seized; ordered not to have contact with William Fields and was placed on probation for one year.

Damien L. Aubuchon, 33, pleaded guilty to making a false report. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license and was fined $150.

Richard W. Gibson II, 27, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended.

Grant A. Lee, 58, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 270 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for three years; and was placed on probation for five years.

John L. Gunther, 46, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail and ordered to register with the sex offender registration program.

Criminal Court

Tylor Sutherland, 22, Ninilchik, driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited.

James Taylor, 47, Anchor Point, driving under the influence, driving while license revoked.

Todd J. Searson, 25, fugitive from justice, Arizona, marijuana possession, possessing marijuana for sale, misconduct involving weapons, production of marijuana.

Ruth E. Pichardo Rodriquez, 23, Anchor Point, driving a motor vehicle with screen device operating.

Amanda R. Wlaysewski, 28, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Steven R. Reichel, 23, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamine; second-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Justin W. Post, 37, Anchor Point, driving while license revoked.

Barbara B. Scott, 21, second-degree forgery, two counts.

Garrett J.T. Garoutte, 22, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Tyler A. Christler, 18, Ninilchik, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana; fugitive from justice, Pennsylvania, theft.
