Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Jan. 17:

Judgments

Joel L. Mumey, 46, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 110 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Kari Ann Curry, 25, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with Safeway; and was placed on probation for three years. She also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not possess or consume any controlled substances unless prescribed by a doctor; and was placed on probation for three years.

Trevor C. Kearney, 45, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Roy O. Bellamy, 21, second-degree burglary; charge dismissed.

Joshua P. Johnston, 24, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, felony indictment.

Derek Dour, 22, second-degree theft, tampering with physical evidence, felony indictment.

Colleen M. Dour, 55, tampering with physical evidence.

Roy O. Bellamy, 21, first-degree vehicle theft, felony indictment.

Sara M. Roderick, 39, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Victor F. Anderson, 31, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of limitations placed on license.

Brandy A. Taylor, 22, Ninilchik, driving in violation of license limitation.

Ellis A. Smith, 19, minor consuming alcohol, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

David W. Fry, 58, taking a brown bear during a closed season.

Corey J. Dockter, 46, Kenai, driving while license revoked.
