Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Jan. 13:

 

Judgments

Emily J. Wisdom, 31, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

David A. Craig, 21, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not have contact with his victims; and was placed on probation for six months.

Sean K. Smeeden, 29, pleaded guilty to first-degree harassment. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to consume alcohol or contact the Alibi Bar; to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Daniel L. Hinsberger, 54, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, five counts; second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, two counts, all domestic violence related, felony indictment.

George M. Cook, 33, failure to register as a sex offender.

Deborah D. Hillstrand, 51, fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence.

Troy A. Jones, 59, trapping lynx during a closed season.

Philip Jones, 31, trapping lynx during a closed season.

Riley Christensen, 19, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, violating conditons of release.

Darry D. Flyum, 45, first-degree burglary, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, fentanyl and methamphetamines, third-degree theft.

Chance W. Peters, 18, fraudulent use of an access device.

Ryan Friesen, 27, furnishing alcohol to persons under age 21, four counts; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, two counts.

Sarah M. Roderick, driving under the influence, methamphetamines; driving while license revoked, driving in violation of limitations placed on driver’s license.

Trevor C. Kearney, 45, second-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, first-degree harassment.

Michael R. McClendon, 29, first-degree robbery, third-degree assault, first-degree misconduct involving weapons, second-degree theft, all felonies.
