Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Dec. 30:

Judgments

David A. Oines, 59, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with his victims or their families; and was placed on probation for one year.

Michael V. Keenan, 53, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $150.

Joseph F. Newton, 19, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fifth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Ross A. Poindexter, 24, disorderly conduct.

Damien L. Aubuchon, 33, driving without a valid driver’s license, Dec. 8 offense; making a false report, driving without a valid driver’s license, Dec. 21 offense.

Sean K. Smeeden, 29, disorderly conduct, first-degree harassment, access of drunken person to licensed premises.

Lucky D. Ackerman, 35, first-degree burglary, a felony; first-degree criminal trespass, four counts; second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree theft, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, violating conditions of release.

Warren Brown, 59, third-degree assault, a felony.

David J. Lang, 18, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Trevor M. Cole, 33, Anchor Point, second-degree arson, a felony, fifth-degree misconduct involving weapons, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, fourth-degree assault, fifth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence; disorderly conduct.

Charles Dinwiddie, 66, Anchor Point, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
