Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 15:

Judgments

Torvald M. Hansen, 55, Anchor Point, charge dismissed, taking a moose in closed season.

Patrick J. deLumeau, 20, Anchor Point, charges dismissed (lack of preliminary hearing), second-degree theft, tampering with physical evidence.

Lucky D. Ackerman, 35, charge dismissed (lack of preliminary hearing), second-degree theft.

Jared Ehmen, 32, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Sarah Ann Sullivan, 33, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Bryan W. Asplin, 34, Wasilla, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Alan T. Blatchford, 67, second-degree criminal trespass, violating conditions of release.

Kyle R. Hock, 24, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of limitations placed on license.

Anatoly Martushev, 29, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Sean K. M. Reagan, 25, DUI, fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapons, DWLR, driving in violation of limitations on license, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

William C. Bron, 33, Seldovia, reckless driving.

Cynthia M. Shearer, 25, third-degree assault, a felony, domestic violence, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, prescription drugs.
