Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 27:

Judgments

Travis C. Greene, 20, charge dismissed, lack of preliminary hearing, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Josephine R. Mestas, 49, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 85 days in jail with 75 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Shelly A. McBride, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Pahisi F. Reutov, 18, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Karen A. Walls, 41, violating conditions of release.

Theresa M. Bush, 55, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of limitations on driver’s license, violating conditions of release, three counts.

Albert P. Sykes Jr., 55, violating conditions of release.

Russell T. Williams, 27, cruelty to animals, second-degree misconduct involving weapons, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, hashish; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts, marijuana, all felonies.

Barbara B. Scott, 21, second-degree forgery, three counts, a felony; third-degree theft, three counts.

Keith S. Von Braunsberg, 36, driving while license revoked.

Ryan B. Turkington, 32, taking a sublegal bull moose.

Charles A. Hall, 59 Anchor Point, taking a sublegal bull moose.

Rebekah J. Edmunds, 26, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, hashish; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts, marijuana, all felonies; second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Jamie L. Brown, 24, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, four counts, prescription drugs (hydrocodone, Oxycodone, alprazolam, methadone), a felony; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Kari A. Curry, 25, Anchor Point, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, Sept. 20 charge; third-degree theft, Sept. 21 charge.

John S. Anderson, 49, Anchor Point, using a motorized vehicle for moose hunting in a closed area.

James C. Challup, 31, Anchorage, taking a sublegal moose.

David S. Littlefield, 64, taking a calf moose.

Brandy A. Taylor, 21, Happy Valley, driving while license revoked.
