Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 16:

Judgments 

Don James Holten, 46, pleaded guilty to domestic violence assault in the fourth degree. He was ordered to pay $50 to the police training fund and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 150 days suspended. He was ordered to provide a DNA sample to the state and to enroll in a batterer’s program. 

Joseph F.K. Newton, 19, pleaded no contest to habitual minor consuming alcohol. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended,  ordered to pay $50 to the Police Training Fund, ordered to perform 96 hours of community service, and fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended.

Alan J. Lee, 27, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in the second degree. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 19 days suspended, ordered to pay a $150 correctional facility surcharge with $100 suspended, and ordered to stay off the Beluga Inn premises.

Criminal Court

Robert Dean Webb, 28, two counts resisting arrest and three counts violating conditions of release.

William H.D. Chapman, 22, cruelty to animals, misconduct involving weapons in the second degree, misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second degree, three counts of fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fifth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, sixth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and second degree endangering the welfare of a child. 

Jenna Elizabeth Delumeau, 38, domestic violence assault in the fourth degree. 

Kirk Alexander Chauncey, 38, criminal trespass in the second degree. 

Octavia M. Doner-Pond, 19, domestic violence assault in the fourth degree. 

Alan Jeffrey Lee, 27, criminal trespass in the second degee.

Nikita Fedot Konovalov, 23, driving while license supended. 

Joseph F.K. Newton, 19, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages while under the age of 21. 

Hannah Holly Gates, 24, driving while license suspended and misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Pahisi F. Reutov, 18, driving under the influence, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol and minor consuming alcohol. 

Gavril Aktay Konev, 26, driving while license suspended and for violating conditions of release. 

Ella Cora Newsom, 55, violating conditions of release. 

Jennifer M. Gadola, 28, fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. 

Mark N. Hanes, 46, fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fifth degree. 

Steven James Rich, 41, reckless driving.

William B. Barron, 49, possession of a controlled substance. 

Jason L. Kerrone, 38, unlawfully taking a moose during a closed season, transporting an illegal moose, and unlawfully sealing moose antlers. 

Daniel G. Rios Jr., 37, taking a moose in a closed season, illegal transportation of game, transported the antlers before all the meat had been harvested, transferred the meant to another party and failed to provide a statement form signed by both parties, 

Misti L. McLay, 27, unlawfully taking a moose during a closed season and unlawful transportation of illegal game. 

Mickey R. Todd, 46, violating big game permit conditions. 

Allen J. White, 29, harvesting a sublegal bull moose. 

Anthony D. Resetarits, 21, felony indictment for sexual assault in the second degree. 

Joseph A Resetarits, 19, felony indictment sexual assault in the second degree. 

Corey Kasten Rosano, 36, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, second degree sexual abuse of a minor, unlawful exploitation of a minor, and five counts of possession of child pornography, all felony indictments. 

Hannah Holly Gates, 25, of Homer, was charged fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony indictment. 

Royce Montane Holm, 29, of Homer, fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a felony indictment.

William D. Chapman, 22, was indicted for cruelty to animals and three counts of fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Russell T. Williams, 27, was indicted with cruelty to animals and three counts of fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Rebekah J. Edmunds, 26, was indicted with cruelty to animals and three counts of fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Civil Court

Nina K. Fefelov v. Tabith Campbell et al., eviction.
