Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 30:

Judgments

Corey K. Rosano, 36, charges dismissed, failure to hold preliminary hearing, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor under age 13, three counts; second-degree sexual abuse of a minor under age 13, three counts; unlawful exploitation of a minor; possession of child pornography, five counts, all felonies, all domestic violence related.

Nick Nelson, 48, pleaded guilty to two separate charges of driving while license suspended. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Christian C. Chavez, 40, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Anastasia K. Leach, 22, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. She was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution and forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for three years.

Glenn Hoefer, 50, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Karen A. Walls, also known as Karey Bailey, third-degree assault, felony indictment.

Steven J. Abeldgaard, 58, violating conditions of release.

David J. Trainor, 54, fourth-degree assault.

Alecia M. Claunch, 42, driving under the influence.

Sarah K. Kirk, 24, violating conditions of release.

Ella C. Newsom, 55, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Albert P. Sykes, 55, first-degree harassment.

Mavis A. Barnes, 31, driving while license suspended.

Richard A. Rose Jr., 22, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Saul B. Gamble, 30, first-degree harassment.

Raymond A. Aranda, 21, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, interfering with a report of domestic violence, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Trenton R. Peck, 44, Kenai, taking a sublegal moose.

Brandy Taylor, 21, Ninilchik, driving while license revoked.

Eli B. Sligh, 32, second-degree theft.

Saul Gamble, 30, violating a protective order.

Ilya Gherman, 53, violating conditions of release.
