Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 18:

Judgments

Brandon C. Doty, 22, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $1,000 with $750 suspended and sentenced to 400 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit items seized and not possess, consume or use any controlled substances; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $250.

Perla Azucena, 33, Stinson Beach, Calif., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Randal C. Arsenault, 55, pleaded guilty to failure to activate vessel monitoring system onboard while participating in parallel fishery. He was fined $500 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Patrick J. Koivsito, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not be on the property of Bidarka Inn; and was placed on probation for one year.

Julie A. Quales, 46, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree harassment. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Kristen Klingbeil, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of not having a driver’s license. He was fined $250 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge; and was placed on probation for one year.

Scott E. Hillman, 38, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to forfeit items seized.

Nathaniel K. Isaac, 19, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 80 hours of community work service and pay $76.98 in restitution. He was placed on probation for one year.

Jeremy D. Johnson, 36, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to forfeit items seized.

Beau H. Turner, 21, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 40 hours of community work service and pay $100 in restitution. He was ordered not to have contact with his victims. He was placed on probation for one year.

John H. Taylor, 20, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jeffery G. Pearce, 44, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless endangerment. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jennifer C. Crosby, 44, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Staci R.B. Joseph, 21, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence; interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Patrick L. Jones, 51, third-degree theft.

Kathleen M. Wright, 52, violating conditions of release.

Kayla H. Hanley, 19, third-degree theft.

Steven P. Saunders, 54, failure to appear in court.

Jason R. Brown, 37, driving under the influence.

Jesse R. Blumer, 32, fugitive from justice.

Sheila R. Shaw, 54, driving while license revoked, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Keenan C. Brizendine, 22, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, furnishing alcoholic beverages to persons under 21.

McKenzy S. Haber, 16, DUI, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, minor consuming alcohol.

John Sonarae, 16, minor consuming alcohol.
