Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 3:

Judgments

Joshua R. Kruse, 28, Colorado Springs, Colo., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Lawrence T. Baker, 61, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Shayne H. Anderson, 24, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence.

Martin W. Willis, 48, driving under the influence.

Jeffery D. Brinkman, 50, DUI, fourth-degree weapons misconduct.

Jamie L. Peterson, 41, felony DUI, driving while license suspended.

Debra L. Spencer, 42, DUI, prescription drugs.

Traci Lee Prevost, 27, third-degree assault, two counts, a felony; DUI, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of limitations on license.

Ervin D. Simmons Jr., 29, DUI.

Nicholas W. Berry, 25, fraudulent use of an access device, two counts, a felony; third-degree theft, two counts.

Nathan M. Buck, 36, DUI.

Joseph D. Maze, 31, second-degree criminal trespass.

Benjamin C. Petrusich, 16, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Michael C. Smith, 36, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Cora D. Moonin, 24, second-degree weapons misconduct; second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, five counts; third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts, all felonies; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Regina Ann Kelly Johnson, 30, Anchorage, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, a felony.

Jeremy D. Watson, 33, second-degree weapons misconduct, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, five counts; third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts, all felonies; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Michael A. Delpriore Jr., 32, Anchorage, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, a felony.

Larry R. Teffren, 72, fourth-degree weapons misconduct.
