She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.
Patrick J. Delumeau, 19, second-degree theft, two counts, felony indictment.
Ashley R. Dour, 25, second-degree theft, two counts, felony indictment.
Trevor C. Kearney, 54, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
Iona A. Basargin, 24, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Jesse Lee, 24, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
Dalee I. Smith, 47, driving under the influence.
George W. Springer, 76, fourth-degree assault.
Katherine Anderson v. Daniel Bernhardt, temporary restraining order granted.
Moore and Moore Services v. Sabrina Lea, debt.
