Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 15:

Judgments
Robert C. Clucas, 79, pleaded not guilty to third-degree theft and was found not guilty in a jury trial. The charge was dismissed.
Larry Tanner, 55, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.
Onicifor Basargin, 27, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless endangerment. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree harassment and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentence to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. He pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Kimberly E. Payne, 20, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditon that she perform 16 hours of community work service. She was ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and not consume, possess or use any controlled substances. She also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $100.
Michael E. Kirsch, 37, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he serve one day in jail of "shock" time. He was placed on probation for one year.
George Gallentine, 41, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Emily M. Harmon, 41, pleaded guilty to harassment. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
Travis C. Greene, 19, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 29 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution; ordered not to return to a Bonanza Street address or have contact with a business; and was placed on probation for one year.

Willie F. Hamilton, 54, second-degree criminal trespass.
Daniel Bernhardt, 35, violating a protective order.
Clarence L. Johns, 48, Anchor Point, driving while license suspended.
Eugene D. Lavin, 73, Anchor Point, driving while license revoked.
Anthony C. Larocca, 44, reckless driving.
Winto J. Everette, 54, first-degree vehicle theft, violating a protective order, driving while license suspended.
Guy Watkins, 47, driving while license suspended.
Jacob C. Uhing, 20, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
Darin C. Baines, 21, first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree assault, both domestic violence related.
Ilya Gherman, 53, Anchor Point, kidnapping, two counts; third-degree assault, two counts; second-degree misconduct involving weapons, all felonies, all domestic-violence related.
Richard S. Corazza, 29, indecent viewing or photography.
Civil Court
Ashley S. Norcross v. Nicole Cozad Pearson, temporary restraining order granted.
Jesse Parke v. Tammy Barclay, forcible entry and detainer.
Dale F. Van Doren v. State of Alaska, petition for post-conviction relief.
