Howard P. Jackson, 43, pleaded guilty to building or leaving fires. He was fined $25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. He was ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 probation fee.
Sean M. Carpenter, 23, second-degree assault, second-degree misconduct involving weapons, third-degree assault, three counts, felony indictment.
Shane D. Corbell, 19, driving while license suspended.
Steven D. House, 24, no motor vehicle liability insurance.
Jeremy Watson, 33, failure to appear in court.
Sarah E. Dourgherty, 25, failure to appear in court.
Charles C. Johnson, 45, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.
Gregory J. Wall, 22, driving while license suspended, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Thomas P. Custer, 27, fourth-degree assault on a police officer, two counts; resisting or interfering with arrest; first-degree harassment, two counts; access of drunken person to licensed premises; fifth-degree criminal mischief, two counts; second-degree criminal trespass; disorderly conduct.
Gavril A. Konev, 26, driving while license suspended.
