Judgments Marcus A. Howard, 24, charge dismissed, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to enroll in and complete an anger management class; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $150. Xiaoxia Xiong, 23, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of negligent driving. Xiong was fined $150 and ordered to pay $10 to the Police Training Fund. J.C. Wheeler, 17, pleaded guilty to minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol. Wheeler was fined $500 and ordered to perform 20 hours of community work service and pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund. Dylan C. Adkins, 24, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespassing. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 48 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to go to a residence on Jenny Way; and was placed on probation for two years. Ronald S. Miller, 28, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
