Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Dec. 21:
Judgments
Patrick J. Delumeau, 19, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to complete an anger management class; ordered not to consume or possess alcohol; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended and sentence to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended. He also pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service.
Ahloagana Tukshaq, 29, pleaded guilty to second-degree indecent exposure. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He also pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.
Christopher Lange, 20, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Phillip J. Crump, 40, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Criminal Court
Sean K.M. Reagan, 24, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, two counts, all domestic violence related, felony indictment.
Elaina N. Ryder, 24, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Carrie L. Calabrese, 41, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, driving under the influence.
Lee F. Swatz, 44, DUI.
John A. Mumey, 50, first-degree robbery, a felony.
James M. Mumey, 49, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
Terry Jean Lashley-Elliot, 32, first-degree robbery, a felony.
Nina C. Coffey also known as Nina Frazier, 26, second-degree theft, falsifying business records, felony indictment.
