Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 23:
Judgments
Barry Gostin, 34, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
Albert E. Wilson, 57, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked. He pleaded guilty to another charge of driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,500 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.
Rocky L. Berg, 22, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked. He pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator's license. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Alida G. Dunning, 47, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver's license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Pamela M. Newcomb, 54, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.
Guy A. Watkins, 47, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Malcolm J. Ross, 50, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers.
Jason R. Keller, 33, pleaded guilty to driving in violation of limitation. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Guy Watkins, 47, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Lazaro Castro, 21 pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Richard Ferguson, 52, driving under the influence.
Vivian J. Ukatish, 40, Nanwalek, fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence.
Lee A. Woodruff, 31, DUI driving while license suspended.
Sean K. Reagan, 34, third-degree assault, domestic violence, a felony.
Trevor K. Latimer, 44, fourth-degree assault, two counts; third-degree assault, a felony; all domestic violence related; third-degree assault.
Jacob K. Willis, 20, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, heroin and codeine, felony indictment.
Sebastian Demas, 30, Nanwalek, attempted second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, felony indictment.
