KSC Kings win big at Sprint meet

The Kachemak Swim Club Kings attended the Southcentral Area Sprint Championship Meet in Kenai last weekend and brought home several top honors. Teams from Kenai, Soldotna and Seward also participated in the meet. It was a clean sweep for KSC’s 9-10 year old boys; Luke Nelson, Lukas Story and Nathan Overson nabbed first, second and third place high-point honors.

Carly Nelson, Luke Nelson and Madison Story placed first in all of their events. The Kings placed third overall for team points and won the spirit award trophy.

The Kings compete next in Anchorage on April 22-24 at the Alaska Swimming Junior Olympic Championships.
