Film heads to other audiences

“Heart of Alaska” is a film I have been working on for close to two years with the nonprofit Ground Truth Trekking. Last week was the world premier of the film here in Homer and I am now cycling the film to other screenings and festivals around the state.

“Heart of Alaska”, Ground Truth Trekking and I would like to thank Cook Inletkeeper and Kachemak Bay Conservation Society for partnering with the film and covering the cost of the Alaska Islands and Ocean Visitor Center theater. We would also like to thank all the Homer residents who backed our kickstarter last year, as well as the incredible local talent of Daniel Zatz, Sarah Frary, John Whittier and many others.

As I bring the film to other communities I will be carrying the genius and efforts of many Homer residents with me. Thank you all.
