Get rid of your e-waste

Posted: April 16, 2014 - 4:53pm

Some talented folks are able to turn their electronic waste into fabulous artistic but somewhat grotesque sculptures. Most of us just want to get those toxic monsters out of the closet and into a safe method of recycling.
That is what the annual Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, April 26, at Spenard Builders has done for Homer for more than 10 years.
Take your toxic e-waste out of your closets and bring it to this year’s event for safe, responsible disposal with Total Reclaim. Better yet, come with your neighbors to celebrate Earth Day at this event and all the other exciting Earth Day activities around town.
For more information call Cook Inletkeeper, 235-4068.
