Even in the dark cold winter, we are warmed and loved by  the love-letter season. Here is one of hundreds of love letters which Brother Asaiah sent to the Homer newspapers over the years:

Though Feb. 14 was originally set aside to honor Saint Valentine, Homer has its own Love Advocate, and Feb. 14 in Homer is Brother Asaiah Day.
