Thank you to the Alibi Kitchen for hosting the R.E.C. Room Fork Club for teens. Seven young teens learned safe food handling practices and knife skills while Megan instructed them in fresh salsa and guacamole making. Then  each young chef was invited into the kitchen while the tortillas heated and the halibut cooked for the best fish tacos in town. Thanks, Anna and the Homer Foundation, for making this happen. If you would like to enjoy a fish taco yourself, be sure and stop by the Alibi Kitchen and Megan will make you one.
