Gun control only hurts NRA

Posted: June 19, 2013 - 4:09pm

Fascist politicians, judges and justices have long insisted we should use the original intent of the framers to interpret the U.S. Constitution. The Constitution guarantees the right to travel to U.S. citizens. However, if a person wants to travel using an automobile, they have to be licensed and the vehicle has to be registered. To travel by foot, horse or bicycle requires nothing but ambition.

The framers clearly intended the right to bear arms to include single shot, black powder, muzzle loaders since those were the only “arms” available when the Constitution was written. Anyone who wants to use or carry multi-shot firearms outside their home should be licensed and the firearms registered.

Until that happens, you can count on more mass killings on a monthly basis. The only things that will be hurt by responsible “gun control” are the pocketbooks of the fascist propagandists in the NRA and their allies making and selling firearms and ammunition.

"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"

Kearbear is right

I have to agree with Kearbear.
We shouldn't limit anyone's right to own whatever firearm they want.
That means unlimited access to assault rifles for straw buyers to sell to the Mexican drug cartels or terrorists.
Unlimited access to assault rifles for terrorists at gun shows where there is no background check.
Felons convicted of violent crimes have easy access to guns.
The mentally ill should have whatever firearms they want, even if they've demonstrated a propensity for harming others or themselves.
Those convicted of domestic violence should have free availability to firearms.
No limitations on any firearms at all for anyone.
No background checks or waiting periods for anyone.
No one has to be responsible for the security of their firearms.
Yes, I agree with Kearbear on this issue.
100%.
No one should be restricted from owning whatever firearm they want.

Mr. Vondersaar also believes

Mr. Vondersaar also believes that computers and high speed digital communications should be registered? Since of course goose quills and parchment were what existed at the writing of the Constitution....

A little extreme, F O?

I think we should be more in line with Kearbear and the original Constitutional thought. Let's bring Blacks back to 3/5 of a person, take away women's voting rights and well as their right of ownership and make voting available only to white landowners.
NOW we're starting to get to our Founders' original intent!

Original intent

If you studied any American History, you would have found that the founders compromised personal beliefs in order to unify and defeat the British. Many of those fellows despised slavery, etc. and still had to make a choice - once again this emphasizes the importance of including the various Amendments...in order to offer some protection against inevitable attempts to revert to centrally powered government. There was, at that time, a narrow window of opportunity to accomplish a Union - otherwise you would be a British citizen now.

Interesting, but reality?

Who were these that despised slavery?
Jefferson? Washington? Not.
Obviously not important to enough of them.
I understand what you're saying, though.
The new conservatives are more into the go it alone theory. That's why I'm supporting Kearbear's views now.
We don't need anyone's help.
We accomplish everything ourselves.
We built that by ourselves.
British citizen........good beer.
