Ninilchik students Caleb Daniels and Esther Pherson were among the graduates honored at Bob Jones University’s commencement exercises.

Aranda Koch of Anchor Point graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a bachelor of arts degree in business management.

Pre-Kindergarden Title I Assessments

Children who will be four years old by Sept. 1 have an opportunity to attend pre-kindergarten classes. To qualify, parents and guardians must:

1. Contact local area school to schedule a Pre-K assessment;

2. Complete the application available at the school office or at http://bit/ly/PreKapplications;

3. Return the application to your neighborhood school office and schedule an assessment prior to the date for your neighborhood school.
