The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District is requesting applications from interested persons to serve on the Budget Development Committee.
This committee reviews the current practices and procedures used to develop the expenditure budget and will also review how federal, state and local revenues are determined. Suggestions for changes or improvements to the FY15 (2014-2015) budget will be received and discussed, according to a press release from the district.
The Budget Development Committee will meet in the Borough Assembly Chambers one time only on Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Applications must be received no later than 4 p.m., Friday, Nov. 8.
